EON AI Ventures Previews Situation Room Creator for Company-Owned Training Libraries

Companies can organize their own incidents, procedures, and everyday learning into reviewed courses, with a public demonstration of the complete learner journey.

Irvine, CA — October 5, 2026 — EON AI Ventures today previewed Situation Room Creator, a new course-creation environment designed to help companies build and govern their own Situation Room training libraries. Instead of limiting learning to a fixed collection of supplied situations, organizations can create courses around their approved incident reports, near misses, procedures, equipment, and business needs. Everyday learning, including onboarding and operational instruction, can sit alongside incident-based training in one company-owned library. The product architecture, authoring workflow, and approach to reviewed enterprise learning are detailed in the accompanying user guide, Situation Room Creator Guide.

Situation Room Creator is designed to provide a structured path from source material to learner experience. Authors move through six stages — Start, Shape, Activities, Assessment, Appearance, and Review — before submitting the saved course to a named reviewer for approval and publication.

A company’s own learning library

Situation Room Creator gives each organization a place to structure learning around its own operational reality. Companies can organize courses by site, department, equipment, role, incident type, or business priority while retaining control over the materials and policies used in each course.

A library can include lessons based on serious incidents and near misses, but it is not limited to exceptional events. The same environment can support onboarding, equipment familiarization, procedural learning, refresher training, and other recurring development needs.

Learning from what happens at work

The product is intended to help companies preserve the lessons behind operational events and make those lessons easier to revisit through structured training.

Incident reports, approved procedures, equipment information, and supporting materials can be organized into a coherent course rather than remaining separated across documents and systems. A named reviewer checks the completed course before publication, supporting accountability over what reaches learners.

A serious problem with a broad impact

The International Labour Organization reported in 2023 that nearly three million workers die each year from work-related accidents and diseases worldwide. In a separate estimate presented in 2017, the ILO placed the annual global economic impact of work-related injuries and illnesses at approximately US$2.99 trillion.

These are global workplace estimates across industries. They are not oil-and-gas-only totals, customer results, or a measure of losses that Situation Room Creator can prevent. They illustrate the broader need to preserve operational learning and make approved lessons accessible before knowledge is lost or the same mistakes are repeated.

Tools organized around one course

Situation Room Creator is designed to bring existing EON capabilities together around a single governed course. Depending on the course design and the availability of connected services, companies will be able to select from:

  • Approved course materials and supporting resources
  • Brainy and AI-avatar assistance
  • Multiple-choice assessments
  • Oral interview activities
  • XR Infinite practice
  • Course-specific assessment and review policies

XR Infinite retains responsibility for model generation and XR instruction generation. Service integrations will be introduced as they are completed and approved for use.

A complete learner journey

The public demonstration allows visitors to explore a fictional company library, create and review a course, and experience a fixed jet-engine identification lesson.

The demonstration includes five learner activities: supporting materials, a scripted tutor, an answerable quiz, a typed interview rehearsal, and an interactive part-identification diagram. The journey concludes with a clearly labeled demonstration certificate.

The preview is intended to show how authoring, review, learning activities, assessment, and completion can operate as one connected experience.

Explore the user guide

The Situation Room Creator user guide will provide step-by-step instructions for navigating the library, creating a course, selecting activities, configuring assessments, completing the review process, and exploring the learner experience.

Availability

Situation Room Creator is currently presented as a public preview using synthetic company content and demonstration results. Live EON service connections, production-data support, official certification, and customer rollout remain in development.

The public demonstration does not process a company’s production learning records, issue an official workplace qualification, or establish that a learner is competent to perform a real job.
