EON AI Ventures Introduces EON Handover: An Expert Shows a Job Once, and the Whole Training Package Follows

Experts demonstrate a procedure on a 3D twin of the equipment by talking and pointing. EON Handover turns that demonstration into the SOP, a field card, a narrated video, an XR simulation, a quiz and an on-the-job sign-off sheet, all from one approved record.

Irvine, CA – October 15, 2026 – EON AI Ventures today introduced EON Handover, a product that captures how an experienced worker performs a procedure and turns it into the complete set of training materials a learning and development team has to deliver. The expert works on a 3D twin of the equipment, built from ordinary photographs, and simply shows and tells: zooming in, clicking on valves and gauges, and explaining what they do and why. EON Handover records every word and every click, and builds a structured procedure from them. Read more in the “EON Handove: Show It Once, Train Everyone“ white paper.

Industrial training is held back by expert time. The people who know a procedure best are the busiest and, increasingly, close to retirement. By industry estimates, a single XR training module traditionally takes six to twelve months and $50,000 to $150,000 to build. And the simulation is only one of the deliverables: training teams must also write the procedure, produce video, set knowledge checks and prepare practical assessments, usually as separate projects that drift apart when anything changes.

Show it once. Train everyone.

EON Handover works in five stages:

  • Twin. EON Universal builds a 3D twin of the skid or machine from photos, with every part separated and named.
  • Draft. AI drafts the procedure from the twin and any existing SOP, so the expert never starts from a blank page.
  • Show & Tell. The expert plays through the draft on the twin and talks. An AI co-pilot asks for the reasons and cues experts tend to skip, such as “What tells you the casing is at zero pressure?”
  • Handover Room. The team puts the procedure on the big screen and debates it. EON Handover records each view, keeps disagreements visible until they are settled, applies agreed changes live in 3D, and logs every decision.
  • Publish. One approved record produces the SOP in Word and PDF, a quick reference card, a narrated video, an EON Genesis 3 simulation, a quiz and an on-the-job sign-off sheet.

A manual Step Editor is available at every stage for experts who prefer to work step by step, and for later edits and enhancements. When a step changes, every output regenerates together under a new version.

Built for safety-critical work

Every statement in an EON Handover record shows where it came from: a moment in the recording, a click on the twin, an existing document, or an AI suggestion. AI suggestions stay flagged until a person confirms them. Nothing is published without named approval, and steps marked critical require sign-off from a health, safety and environment reviewer. An expert’s voice is used in published media only with their consent.

“Every company we work with has the same problem: the knowledge is in a few people’s heads, and turning it into training takes months of their time,” said Dan Lejerskar, EON AI Ventures. “With EON Handover, the expert shows the job once, on a twin of the real equipment, and the training team gets everything it needs: the document, the video, the simulation and the assessment. It replaces a long production process with one recorded demonstration and one review session.”

Part of the EON family

EON Handover connects products EON already ships. EON Universal supplies the 3D twin. EON Genesis 3 runs the simulation on desktop, mobile and XR headsets. EON Tacit’s interview techniques power the AI co-pilot. Practical sign-off results flow into Assess IQ. HTML training pages, LMS packages, video quizzes, foundational skills modules and translations are on the roadmap and are shown in the product as Coming soon.
