The Work Intelligence Fellowship

Do real work for real companies before you graduate.

A credit-bearing fellowship where you work on real problems for real enterprises, learn to capture human expertise with AI, and walk away with a portfolio, a reference, and a genuine shot at a paid role.

The catch every student hits

Everyone wants experience.
No one gives you the first chance. We do.

The Fellowship is that first chance real enterprise work, on your transcript, with a reference to show for it.

What you'll do

Pick a track. Do work that matters.

You’ll join a small team and complete a graded deliverable on a real enterprise project.

Track 01

Work Intelligence Analyst

  • Research an industry and the companies in it
  • Reach out to companies as a researcher, not a seller
  • Find where critical expertise is being lost

You ship: a Work Intelligence Opportunity Map

Track 02

Work Intelligence Architect

  • Capture an expert’s knowledge using EON’s tools
  • Structure it into something a company can reuse
  • Hand a working result to a real enterprise

You ship: a captured-knowledge case study

What you walk away with

Proof, not just a line on a résumé.

Real enterprise experience

Work with real companies on real operational problems.

A portfolio artifact

A tangible deliverable you can show any employer.

A professional reference

From EON and the partner enterprise you worked with.

Frontier AI skills

Hands-on knowledge capture with leading tools.

A professional network

Mentors, enterprises, and a cohort of ambitious peers.

A fair shot at a paid role

The strongest Fellows are hired into paid positions.

We’ll be straight with you: we promise experience, an artifact and a reference a fair shot at a role, never a guaranteed job.

How it works

Five steps, one term.

01

Apply

A short application and a simple screen drive matters more than a perfect CV.

02

Join a cohort

Onboard with playbooks, tools and a mentor; pick your track.

03

Work a real project

With a small team, on a live enterprise challenge.

04

Ship a deliverable

Graded by your faculty; valued by a real company.

05

Earn your reference

Leave with proof and top Fellows get hired.

Who it's for

Ambition, not a perfect résumé.

  • Students who want real experience, not another classroom exercise
  • International students who need U.S. enterprise experience and a reference
  • Anyone curious about AI and how real work actually gets done
  • No prior experience required we’ll teach you the rest

Why it matters

You'll learn the skill of the next decade.

The world’s hardest-won expertise lives in people, and it’s being lost. As a Fellow, you learn to capture it turning what experts know into something that lasts. Generic AI averages the world’s knowledge; you’ll learn to capture the real thing. That’s a skill that will define the next decade of work.

Straight answers

Questions you're probably asking.

Is it paid?

The Fellowship is a credit-bearing capstone, so you earn academic credit rather than a wage. The strongest Fellows are then offered paid roles after the program that’s the on-ramp.

Do I get academic credit?

Yes. It’s structured as a capstone or practicum for credit, supervised and graded by your university’s faculty.

Do I need prior experience?

No. We’re looking for drive, curiosity and follow-through. We provide the playbooks, tools and mentorship to get you up to speed.

Will I get a job at the end?

We won’t promise that, because it wouldn’t be honest. Every Fellow leaves with experience, a deliverable and a reference. The strongest are invited into paid roles a fair shot, earned on merit.

Can international students join?

Yes. The Fellowship is structured as academic credit; your university determines CPT/OPT eligibility under its own policies. It’s designed to support exactly the experience international students need.

How much time does it take?

A single academic term, typically 8–16 weeks, alongside your studies.
