EON Opens the Work Intelligence Fellowship — a Deliberately Narrow Door for the World’s Most Driven Young Talent

Two tracks — Discovery and Solution Architect — put exceptional early-career people onto live enterprise AI engagements in the world’s highest-stakes industries. One recent ad drew 4,000 applications and produced seven hires.

Irvine, CA  – July 17, 2026 –  EON AI Ventures today announced the Work Intelligence Fellowship, a talent program built around a single conviction: that a small number of unusually curious, driven young people — paired with the best AI in the world and coached by experienced operators — can create outsized value for customers and for themselves.

The Fellowship is deliberately hard to join. A single recruitment campaign earlier this year attracted roughly 4,000 applicants and resulted in seven hires. Rather than treat that as a bottleneck, EON is building the entire program around it.

“We are not recruiting for a job. We are recruiting into a mission with a rare team attached,” said Dan Lejerskar, Founder and Chairman of EON. “The people we want don’t move for comfort. They move for meaning, for pace, and for the chance to build something that has never existed.”

Two tracks, one pipeline

Fellows work one of two connected tracks that together form a single motion — find the need, then prove and secure the solution:

Discovery (the front end)

Research-led business development with a soft, consultative approach. Fellows identify the organizations and the specific people in high-consequence industries — oil & gas, energy, heavy manufacturing, utilities, where a missed step costs lives and value — and open discovery sessions to understand how their critical work really happens.

Solution Architect (the back end)

Fellows engage the organizations that respond, design the solution using Genesis and the Intelligence Flywheel, run a working pilot on the customer’s real work, and convert that pilot into a secured engagement.

How EON finds Fellows

Recruitment runs on two arms: university partnerships, where EON develops exceptional students through real supervised work, and an open, global direct-intake track any exceptional candidate can enter by earning their place through demanding, real-world challenges.

A transformation, whatever the outcome

The program is designed so everyone accepted leaves meaningfully more capable than they arrived. The very best are invited to join EON directly; many of the rest are placed with EON’s enterprise customers as certified Work Intelligence practitioners.

The bigger idea: Human 2.0

EON positions Work Intelligence as the enterprise’s missing system of record — ERP for resources, CRM for customers, PLM for products, and WI for work — capturing how a company’s best people actually do the work and turning it into an owned, compounding asset. The company frames the goal not as replacing people but as multiplying them.

Applications for the Work Intelligence Fellowship are open now.
