EON Introduces EON Control, a Shared Evidence Layer for Learning and Workforce Performance

The developing product is designed to connect learning, assessment, simulation and real-world performance evidence across the EON ecosystem.

Irvine, CA – October 9, 2026 – EON AI Ventures today introduced EON Control, a developing administration and evidence product designed to give organizations a more connected view of what people learn, practice, explain and demonstrate at work.

EON Control is distinct from the recently announced EON Control Room. Control Room is being developed as a connected industrial simulation and rehearsal environment in which operators, field technicians and emergency teams can practice together. EON Control is the shared evidence and administration layer designed to bring results from experiences such as Control Room together with evidence from the wider EON ecosystem.

The product architecture, evidence model, and approach to unified knowledge capture and performance verification are detailed in the accompanying white paper, “EON Control: A 360 Degree Model for Knowledge Capture and Performance Evidence.”

The product direction brings multiple forms of learning and performance evidence into one governed view. These can include Multiple choice results, oral interviews, textbook learning, Genesis simulations, EON Live observations, Control Room and Situation Room decisions, Tacit knowledge, Field IQ, Permit IQ and Assess IQ.

The goal is not to reduce every learning or work experience to a single score. It is to preserve the meaning and source of different forms of evidence while making them easier to review together.

A conventional test can show what someone recalls. An oral interview can reveal how they reason. A simulation can show the choices they make in a controlled setting. A field observation can provide evidence of performance under real conditions. Viewed together, these perspectives can help instructors and organizations identify the next useful intervention while retaining the context behind each result.

Connecting learning with experience from work

Tacit knowledge is central to the EON Control vision.

Reviewed interviews with experienced practitioners, including people with decades of experience, can capture cues, exceptions and professional judgment that a written procedure may leave unstated. Learners can then engage with questions and scenarios grounded in that reviewed expertise and demonstrate what they have learned through practice and assessment.

The same principle applies to evidence generated during successful work.

EON Control is intended to preserve evidence of successful execution as well as deviations, assistance and recovery so that each can be reviewed in context. Field IQ and Permit IQ can contribute evidence about task performance and preparation, while Assess IQ can contribute structured assessment outcomes.

Together, these sources can support more targeted improvement without treating every experience as equivalent.

A shared evidence layer with clear responsibilities

EON Control is designed to organize assignments, received records, review workflows and evidence reporting.

The underlying EON products remain responsible for their own experiences and source evidence. Genesis, EON Live, EON Control Room, Situation Room and other applications generate learning or performance experiences within their respective domains. EON Platform retains shared identity and licensing authority.

EON Control is intended to connect those records without obscuring where they came from.

The product model preserves original results and appends corrections, reviews and subsequent decisions so that evidence remains traceable over time.

This creates a simple division of responsibility:

EON experiences generate evidence. EON Control helps organizations organize, review and understand it.

From isolated results to a connected learning loop

The long-term objective is to create a clearer connection between learning, simulation, assessment and real-world performance.

A learner may first study a concept, explain it during an oral interaction, practice it in a Genesis or Control Room simulation and later demonstrate related performance in the field.

Each activity reveals something different.

EON Control is being designed to retain those distinctions while allowing authorized instructors and organizations to understand the broader development journey.

Where appropriate, reviewed knowledge from work can then inform future learning, scenarios and assessments, creating a controlled cycle between training and workplace experience.

Development and availability

EON Control has a locally tested, database-backed implementation and a separate fictional browser demonstration.

The latest packaged local release passed 1,677 automated tests.

Live feeds across the full EON ecosystem, production identity and licensing, deployment acceptance and several advanced workflows remain in development.

The connected evidence model described in this announcement represents the intended integration direction. General production availability and complete live source coverage are not being announced at this stage.

Further availability, supported integrations and deployment information will be announced as development progresses.

About EON Control

EON Control is EON’s developing administration and learning-evidence product. It is designed to help organizations manage learning assignments, review results in context and connect learning with performance across their EON environment. Its intended value is a more complete and traceable view of development and readiness that supports informed human decision-making.
