A first hands-on look: trainees can now touch, break and recover a fully simulated industrial plant running on real physics — and see invisible hazards like trapped pressure and heat before they cause harm.
IRVINE, CALIFORNIA — July 20, 2026 — EON AI Ventures today unveiled the first live, interactive demonstration of EON Live, a new kind of industrial safety training in which the plant itself is simulated in real time. Where conventional training relies on slideshows and multiple-choice quizzes, EON Live lets a trainee operate a working plant model — pressure, flow, temperature and electricity all computed as the scene runs — so that the consequences of every action play out live, exactly as they would in the field, but with no one at risk. The company has previously announced EON Live; today marks the first time the experience has been shown as a working, playable demo rather than a concept.

Seeing theinvisible
A central idea in EON Live is making unseen energy visible. As the simulation runs, the plant renders its own hazards through a consistent color code — red for trapped pressure, yellow for live electricity, and a temperature reading that climbs on a timer toward a trip point. Hazards that would be invisible on a real plant become obvious on screen, and a calm guiding voice walks the trainee through the correct procedure before grading the run like a real assessor.
Three scenarios, one living plant
The demo showcases three representative scenarios on the same simulated skid:
- Lockout / Tagout: isolate, bleed and verify trapped pressure before opening equipment — miss the bleed and the stored energy remains, shown as a red glow.
- Pump Dead-Head: run a pump into a closed outlet and watch pressure and temperature climb on a timer until the machine trips.
- Pump Dry-Run: run a pump with no liquid and watch the same machine fail a different way as it overheats.
From one accident to a thousand variations
Because the plant is simulated rather than pre-scripted, a single real incident can be expanded into many playable variations — a different valve left open, a different sequence, a different operator decision. EON AI Ventures is packaging these into “Situation Rooms”: curated libraries of real-world incidents that learners can step into and replay across industries including oil & gas, mining, aerospace maintenance and healthcare.
