EON AI Ventures Introduces EON Tacit: The Living Memory of the Organization

A standalone platform captures expert judgment, verifies it with people, and activates one trusted knowledge core through Ask Tacit, Brainy, optional agents, Incident Assist and the EON Situation Room.

IRVINE, CA – July 27, 2026 –  EON AI Ventures today announced EON Tacit, a standalone enterprise platform designed to discover, capture, verify, preserve and activate the practical judgment that usually walks out the door when experienced people retire or move on.

EON Tacit turns structured interviews and existing source material into evidence-backed organizational memory. Every approved insight remains connected to its source, verification status, age and applicable context. The same trusted core can answer an everyday question, mentor a learner, appear through an optional digital agent, support a responder during an incident, or become a Situation Room learning experience. The architecture, governance model, and vision for creating a permanent organizational memory are detailed in the accompanying white paper, The Living Memory of the Organization.”

From expert conversation to living organizational memory

Tacit Interview Studio supports two capture modes: a human interviewer assisted by an AI copilot, and an optional autonomous AI interview. The system probes for decisions, sensory cues, rules of thumb, exceptions, near misses, asset quirks and the “why” behind expert action — the knowledge conventional manuals rarely contain.

Captured material then enters Tacit Brainy, the trusted intelligence core, where four capabilities work together:

  • Knowledge Refinery — converts recordings and documents into structured, source-linked knowledge items.
  • Trust Engine — manages human verification, confidence, provenance, disagreement, age and audit.
  • Knowledge Graph — connects people, assets, events, decisions, risks and procedures.
  • Living Loop — routes feedback, review-due knowledge and new expert evidence back into governance.
ARCHITECTURE RULE  The Agent is the face. Tacit Brainy is the brain.

One verified core, many ways to use it
Experience What it does
Ask Tacit Everyday cited answers by text or voice.
Brainy A conversational mentor that explains approved knowledge; voice-only or visual.
Brainy + Agent An optional embodied face for Brainy. The agent presents; Tacit Brainy grounds.
Incident Assist Fast, controlled retrieval during an event; safety-first, advisory and audited.
Situation Room Activates verified knowledge as cards, courses and scenarios; EON Live is roadmap.

EON Tacit is useful on its own. Organizations can begin with Interview Studio, Knowledge Review, search, reports and Ask Tacit, then add Brainy voice, an embodied agent, Incident Assist or Situation Room connections as their needs and governance mature.

Trust is designed into the product
  • AI proposes; authorized people verify. Draft knowledge is not silently promoted to approved truth.
  • Cited or it does not show. Answers link back to the exact source evidence available to the user.
  • Disagreement is preserved. Conflicting expert views remain attributed and are routed for resolution.
  • Age is visible. Review-due and stale knowledge cannot quietly masquerade as current guidance.
  • Consent and likeness are controlled. Voice or avatar presentation is optional, revocable and provider-independent.
Designed for learning — and bounded for operations

Ask Tacit and Brainy help people understand approved organizational knowledge. Incident Assist is a separate, permission-controlled mode designed for high-stress readability and rapid evidence retrieval. It remains advisory, procedure-aware and auditable; it does not authorize work or replace employer procedures, safety systems or qualified human judgment.

Situation Room, EON Genesis 3.0 and the EON Live simulation roadmap extend the same knowledge into cards, courses, scenarios and practice. They are powerful activation channels, but EON Tacit remains a complete standalone preservation platform without them.

Why now

“Everyone is racing to generate content with AI. We are doing the opposite — capturing the one thing AI cannot generate: forty years of judgment that exists only in one person’s head. EON Tacit keeps that judgment verified, alive and useful long after the expert has left,” said Dan Lejerskar, Founder of EON AI Ventures.

EON Tacit at a glance
  • Discover at-risk expertise before it disappears.
  • Capture the decisions, cues and exceptions that manuals miss.
  • Verify every publishable item with people and evidence.
  • Ask the living memory by text or voice.
  • Activate approved knowledge in learning, incidents and simulation-ready scenarios.
Availability

EON Tacit is being advanced through fixed-scope proof-of-concept deployments with industrial and high-consequence organizations. Initial deployments can focus on a defined expert cohort and domain pack, then expand into enterprise knowledge operations. Brainy + Agent and Situation Room integrations are optional. EON Live simulation activation remains on the roadmap and is explicitly governed as such.
