EON Live now carries a physics engine that covers the ten equipment families found across virtually every oil & gas facility — and a new step-by-step Create mode that lets people with no programming skills build their own behaving twin of any machine, in about seven clicks. It runs in an ordinary web browser: no headset, no install — you open a link and the machine is alive.

A machine that behaves for a real reason

Most training “3D” is a video or a cartoon: the gauges move because someone animated them. EON Live is different. Under every machine sits a small physics “brain” running real engineering formulas — squeeze gas and it gets hot, a pump has a performance curve, heat flows from hot to cold. So when you close a valve and the pressure climbs, it climbs the way the real machine would. What you learn is cause and effect, not a memorized script.

One engine, ten machine families — so it scales to anything

The breakthrough in this release is coverage. Rather than hand-build physics for thousands of individual machines, EON Live recognizes that almost all oil & gas equipment falls into about ten families. EON built a real physics engine for each family; every specific machine simply borrows the right one and plugs in its own numbers. Load a pump and it runs pump physics; load a separator and it runs vessel physics. A machine type EON does not yet have falls back to a general-purpose engine so it still behaves sensibly — and the system says so honestly.   1. Select — pick a machine from the library, or drop in your own 3-D file.
  2. Confirm — check the parts the system recognized — green means sure, amber means please check.
  3. Physics — the right physics engine is chosen automatically for that machine.
  4. Numbers — set the pressures and temperatures — from a datasheet, a preset, or a real incident.
  5. Teach — pick a real incident and it fills in the numbers and arms the fault for you.
  6. Run — press RUN — the twin behaves live, with its own physics.
  7. Publish — name it and get a link you can hand to anyone, no login required.

Everything the author picks appears on the live 3-D machine as they go, and the finished twin opens for the next person straight from a web link.
