Last Night’s Extra Gas Test Becomes Tomorrow’s Official Procedure. The Skipped Fire Watch Does Not.

EON AI Ventures launches Compound IQ – the Intelligence Flywheel night engine that reads what workers really did, keeps the safe extras, and will not update a live twin unless a safety referee named Verdict passes.

IRVINE, CA — September 23, 2026 — EON AI Ventures today introduced EON Compound IQ, the continuous-learning engine within its Intelligence Flywheel designed to turn verified field experience into safer, smarter operational knowledge. Compound IQ analyzes the gap between what governed procedures require and what workers actually do, distinguishing between unsafe deviations that require intervention and safe, repeatedly observed practices that may represent valuable expert knowledge.

On a Houston hot-work job, experts already take a second combustible-gas reading two meters upwind of the work face, not only at the face. The written book does not say that. After enough independent crews do it, Compound IQ can write that extra test into the official 3D twin overnight. On the same night, if a fire watch walks away at the last spark instead of staying thirty minutes, Compound IQ does the opposite: it writes a short lesson and alerts a supervisor.

When recurring improvements are identified, they can be evaluated for inclusion in the organization’s official 3D Digital Twin and procedures, while unsafe behaviors can trigger targeted learning and supervisory review. Nothing becomes approved operational guidance without passing through EON Verdict, ensuring that field experience strengthens the organization’s knowledge without allowing AI to rewrite operational truth on its own. The architecture, governance model, and continuous-learning methodology are detailed in the accompanying white paper, “EON Compound IQ“.

The concrete loop

Every night, Conductor wakes Compound IQ. It reads Assess IQ discrepancy records, per site and per procedure. It groups the same gap. It asks three questions: safe extra, unsafe skip, or not enough proof yet? Safe extras that meet published thresholds — five occurrences, three workers, two shifts – become a twin and SOP refinement. Unsafe skips become a micro-lesson and a supervisor alert. Verdict’s adversarial agents then try to prove the change wrong. Only survivors update Genesis. Brainy gets the new recipe or the lesson. History is versioned. Rollback is a new version, not an erase.

On the Houston Energy Training Center practice set the engine already shows the split: two safe writes (the upwind gas test; a second lock after proving zero energy), two unsafe alerts (fire watch left early; try-start skipped), one held one-off (a grinding-disk brand swap). Aberdeen’s book stays at version 1. Houston cannot write it.

The hard rule

Compound IQ is the only writer back into the twin, and only through the Verdict gate. Distillery may teach from lawful public accident reports — notice or ask only. Public accidents never become an operating instruction and never write Genesis. Cross-company learning stays off unless a customer opts in. The AI does not get the last word on a step that could hurt someone.

“Most companies try to capture the procedure. We capture the gap between the procedure and reality – the part that was always locked in a retiring expert’s head. Last night’s extra gas test can become tomorrow’s official step. Last night’s skipped fire watch cannot. Verdict has to fail to kill the change before the book moves,” said Dan Lejerskar, Founder and Chairman, EON AI Ventures.

Where it sits

Compound IQ does not sell alone. It is a station of the Intelligence Flywheel – Genesis captures the expert, Field IQ and Brainy deliver the job on glasses, Assess IQ records the gap, Compound IQ compounds the safe lesson, Conductor keeps the clock, Verdict keeps the gate. The completed loop is the Human 2.0 OS.
