EON AI Ventures Introduces EON Live Experts: AI Video Experts That See the Work and Speak Up in Time

The first product, EON Demo Specialist, joins sales calls as a private coach and a clearly labelled AI co-presenter. The same live experts will follow the work into training, assessment and the field, where an AI that watches a repair can say “don’t do that, do this” before a mistake becomes an incident.

Irvine, CA — October 7, 2026 — EON AI Ventures today announced EON Live Experts, a coming family of real-time AI video experts that listen, watch and talk. Unlike earlier avatars that only hear words, an EON Live Expert can see a shared screen or a camera view and react to what is happening while it is happening. Every EON Live Expert introduces itself as an AI, asks for consent before recording, and answers from expert knowledge that EON has captured and reviewed. The first product, EON Demo Specialist, is entering a pilot with EON’s own sales team, with wider availability to be confirmed. The thinking behind the family, and how it connects to EON’s Work Intelligence platform, is set out in the accompanying white paper, “See the Work, Prevent the Incident: EON Live Experts and Work Intelligence.”

Why: expertise does not scale, and you cannot prevent what you cannot see
The International Labour Organization estimates that around 2.93 million workers died from work-related factors in 2019, 330,000 of them in work accidents — roughly 900 people every day. EON’s research finds that the systems a facility already runs record the consequence of work after the fact, not the cause. The cause sits in the intent, judgment, execution and governance of each job, and almost every incident gives a warning first. Somebody did not see it, or saw it and did not act. At the same time, the people who can spot those warnings — the senior experts, mentors and assessors — are few and are retiring. The same is true inside EON’s own business: a strong product demonstration has depended on a handful of experts.

What: AI video experts that listen, watch and talk
EON Live Experts build on real-time conversational video AI. Each live expert has a face, a voice and a clear AI label. It can follow the conversation, read a shared screen or a camera view, notice hesitation or a wrong move, and respond in the moment. Its knowledge comes from EON’s platform: product material for sales, and expert know-how captured in EON Tacit for training, assessment and field work.

The EON Live Experts family

  • EON Demo Specialist (first product). Joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls in two ways at once: a private coach on the presenter’s screen, and a clearly labelled AI co-presenter that demonstrates the EON platform, answers technical questions from approved material, and prepares a follow-up that the seller reviews and sends.
  • Brainy Soft Skills, the next level. The existing Brainy Soft Skills product gains lifelike faces that react to tone, hesitation and gaze, so learners feel there is an expert on the call.
  • Field IQ expert on the call. When a worker needs help, a live expert looks through the camera, sees the step and guides it.
  • EON Tacit structured interview. A live expert interviews experienced staff, watches them demonstrate, and files their know-how in EON Tacit.
  • EON Tacit Living Expert. With the expert’s written consent, a digital twin of a named expert that answers only from that expert’s captured knowledge.
  • Tacit-grounded oral examiner. Replaces the oral interview in Situation Room, Assess IQ and Competence IQ with an examiner whose questions come from real expert knowledge.
  • Genesis mentor with a face. A more immersive mentor that watches the learner’s simulator and steps in at the moment of a mistake.
  • Situation Room crisis roleplay. Lifelike stakeholders, such as a regulator, a journalist or a family member, during incident rehearsal.
  • Competence IQ / Permit IQ pre-briefing. Before work starts, a live expert briefs the worker on the hazards in their language and checks they are ready.

The showcase: maintenance, repair and operations
The clearest example is a hands-on repair. A technician works on a board or a machine; the live expert watches through the camera and says, in effect, “don’t do that, do this” — before the wrong step is taken. That single ability, seeing the work and speaking up in time, runs through the Field IQ, Tacit, Genesis, Situation Room and Competence IQ use cases.

Built for trust

  • Always an AI. Named as an AI in the invitation, says so in its first words, and carries an on-screen label for the whole conversation.
  • Consent first. Asks before recording, logs the answer, and discloses any reading of expression or tone, in line with the transparency rules of the EU AI Act.
  • No impersonation. Never presents itself as a real person. A named expert’s likeness is used only with that person’s written consent.
  • People decide. Answers come from approved material; prices and commitments come only from people; nothing is sent without a human’s approval.

“Most incidents start with something somebody did not see. For years we have captured how experts work and put that knowledge in front of workers. EON Live Experts add the one thing that was missing: an expert who can watch the work as it happens and speak up in time. We start where we feel the pressure ourselves, in sales, where our best demonstrations depended on a few people. Then the same live experts move into training, assessment and the field. They will always tell you they are AI. What matters is that they see what you are doing, and they know what the best expert would say,” said Dan Lejerskar, Founder and Chairman of EON AI Ventures.

Availability
EON Demo Specialist is entering a pilot with EON’s own sales team and EON Demo Clinics, running the private coach and the visible co-presenter together. A self-serve demo room is planned next. The other EON Live Experts are in development and will be introduced as they are completed and approved. Organizations interested in joining a pilot can contact EON AI Ventures.
