EON AI Ventures Opens Private Beta of Situation Room Creator

Companies can now build their own Netflix-style safety academy. Tests, AI-guided learning and simulation come together in a single course, giving a 360° view of what people know, can explain and can do.

IRVINE, CA — September 14, 2026 —  EON AI Ventures today opened an invitation-only private beta of EON Situation Room Creator. It gives companies a new way to build their own safety and operations academy inside EON Situation Room, the streaming-style library of industrial situations that is already live. It succeeds EON’s Custom Virtual Campus Builder.  The product vision, creation workflow, and approach to moving industrial learning from watching to proving are detailed in the accompanying white paper, “EON Situation Room Creator: From Watching to Proving.”

The problem: training that proves attendance, not ability

In most companies, tests live in a learning system, manuals live in shared folders, and simulators live somewhere else. Employers can see who finished a course. They can’t see who can actually do the job. And building courses around a company’s own procedures and incidents has been slow and costly.

What makes Situation Room Creator different

Learning systems, document libraries and simulators usually live apart. EON Situation Room Creator puts them in one course, behind one certificate.

What the learner does Powered by
TEST IT Answers an adaptive multiple-choice test and explains their reasoning to an AI interviewer Adaptive MCQ · AI oral interview
LEARN IT Reads the course materials and asks an AI mentor anything, at any time Course materials · Ask Brainy
LIVE IT Follows the procedure and breaks a realistic scenario safely, to see why every step matters EON Genesis · EON Live · EON-XR Infinite (arriving during the beta)

  • A 360° view of competence. Know it. Explain it. Do it. Understand why.
  • A certificate that means something. Every part must be passed on its own, so a great test score can’t hide a failed simulation.
  • Starts with what went wrong. Situation Room starts from situations drawn from real industrial incidents, so people learn why a rule exists, not just what it says.

Your own library, in guided steps

Every company gets a private, branded room next to Situation Room’s public library. Building a course takes four guided steps:

  • Start: from a short description, a real incident from the public library, or your own documents*.
  • AI drafts it: course materials, lessons, assessment questions, the mentor’s knowledge, a poster and a preview clip.
  • A person approves it: a named reviewer signs off, and every fact shows where it came from.
  • Publish: straight into your company’s room.

* Company documents are enabled for each customer once data-handling terms are agreed.

Built for the streaming generation

Gen Z grew up choosing what to watch. So courses appear as posters in rows by theme, each with a short preview clip, broken into short, visual steps, with an AI mentor always on hand. The result: training people want to start, not just training they have to finish.

“People don’t remember the slide. They remember what went wrong. Situation Room Creator lets every company turn its own procedures and incidents into courses people actually want to open, and gives them a far clearer picture of what their teams know, can explain and can do,” stated Dan Lejerskar, Chairman EON AI Ventures.
